**Key responsibilities**:

- Create invoices and statements of account.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise with customer accounts
- Liaise with sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain booking calendar for deliveries and shipments
- Analyse and report on debtor aging and cash flow forecasts
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce debtor days
- Monitor and maintain credit limits for customers
- Investigate and resolve any billing or invoicing discrepancies
- Provide regular reports and updates on debtor accounts to senior management
- Maintain records of invoices, purchase orders, TNT requests etc.
- Order stock for confirmed jobs

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a debtor account coordinator in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Tencia desirable but not necessary
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
