**About the Role**
The Coordinator provides day-to-day operational delivery of extramural placements and clinical rotations for students in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), as well as academic support functions within the Melbourne Veterinary School (MVS).

Responsibilities include:

- Ensure placement and rotation data is accurate and accessible within the platform for students and distributed practices to access.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, policies and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy across all aspects of placement management.
- Provide expert advice and administrative support regarding the planning, conduct, and timely completion of preclinical and clinical extramural programs and clinical rotations.

**About You**
You are a highly enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to develop effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You will also have:

- A tertiary degree with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with demonstrated experience in delivering high volume processes within defined timelines.
- To ensure the University continues to provide a safe environment for everyone, this position requires the incumbent to hold a current and valid Working with Children Check._
