**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Strategic Direction**
- Develop and lead a People & Culture function in line with the 5 year business plan.
- Create and deliver a strategy to develop a high performing leadership team, tailored for emerging leaders. Collaborate with the Executive group on a variety of people initiatives in line with workplace laws and business needs.

**Team Leadership & Development**
- Lead a team of P&C professionals to develop capability, coach and inspire in line with the company's vision and values. Lead the team through implementation of effective project leadership.

**P&C Capability**
- Be the point of contact for all employee related inquiries.
- Establish, optimise or implement key P&C processes and initiatives across the full employee lifecycle for 130+ employees
- Advise COO on necessary adjustments to current practices, policies and processes.
- Identify, manage, report and track people risks to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with workplace laws and best workplace practices.
- Optimise relevant HRIS platforms and systems.
- Support the growth of future locations Identify and track people metrics.

**ABOUT YOU
As an experienced HR executive with growth experience you have a proven track record of engaging and measuring high performing cultures. A friendly and engaging communicator your commercial nous equips you to be a trusted advisor to the leadership team.
- Experienced and personable leader
- Strategic thinker yet hands on with HR operations
- Experience in a multinational or multi-site company (currently UK & Australia)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Creative services industry experience beneficial but not essential Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business
