**About the Role**
We have a very exciting opportunity to welcome a new Head of People & Culture to the icare team. Partner with leadership teams to drive the achievement of enterprise and functional outcomes through effective P&C solutions. Coach senior leaders to motivate, engage and lead performance and delivery through their people.
This is a significant leadership role within icare and requires the ability to think and plan to a one-year horizon with an understanding of the risks of their decision making and the lasting impacts it may have on icare.

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same: as a **Head of People & Culture Partner** you will:
- Lead and take ownership of the delivery of human resource services to icare business unit/s, coaching and developing a team to provide high quality coaching, advice and P&C solutions.
- Partner with Group Executives and other leaders to ensure their business plan is supporting by P&C strategy, initiatives that will ensure peoples performance, capability and effectiveness.
- Monitor and manager people risk in the function by raising insights and tabling people metrics that inform the leadership team business planning and workforce management.
- Build a shared sense of direction and a customer of performance, accountability and services across the P&C partnering and P&C teams, encourage collaboration and breaking down silos.
- Negotiate for outcomes and provide persuasive, commercially sound, professional P&C advice and solutions in a complex and dynamic environment of time pressure, divergent view and agendas, legislative requirements ad conflicting priorities.
- Provide problem resolution in response to workforce changes, challenges and employee matters, drawing on expertise from across the P&C team as required.
**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary level qualifications at degree level or higher in HR, business, psychology or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Executives in leading P&C strategy at the functional or organisational level and a strong track record of direct people leadership.
- Extensive Human Resources leadership experience and strategy formulation
- Proven capabilities leading in an environment of high ambiguity and pace, making decisions about complex matters without precedent and where conflicting priorities and perspectives exist.
- Sound understanding of industrial frameworks will be advantageous
- Superior communications skills; both verbal and written
