**YOUR ROLE**

We've grown from 2 people to more than 50 people in less than 2 years. We're constantly looking for ways to redefine the workplace and have a people first culture. We are looking for a Head of People and Culture

(Part-Time or Full-Time) to join our leadership team and lead initiatives to make J4RVIS an incredible place to work at.

We want to invest in our people’s careers and focus on developing future leaders by creating a unique employee experience.

As a Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for:

- **Lead the People function.** It's a small but impactful team and has already had great success. You will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading the people team to ensure we achieve our ambitious goals.
- **You will help to maximize the potential of our team.** You will have overall leadership across the design and delivery of impactful projects across people operations, employee experience, employee engagement, performance, diversity, and inclusion, and learning and development.
- **Develop our people managers and leaders.** You will support the development of our leaders and support our people managers to set them up for success with their teams, leading all aspects of growth, development, and performance management.
- **Partner with the leadership team.** You will be a core part of our leadership team and will be a trusted partner. You will collaboratively set and execute the strategy for all People initiatives including organizational design, workforce planning, leveling frameworks, compensation, and benefits.
- **Build the best team.** We have ambitious hiring plans and we're looking to double the team to 80+ people in the next 12 months. You will help us to scale our team, whilst keeping it a diverse and inclusive team that represents the world around us, and have a focus on building our employer brand across Australia and the Philippines.
