**Selection Criteria to be Addressed**:

- Experience in providing administration in a medical environment using Microsoft word processing packages, attention to details, verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to demonstrate excellence in providing high level customer service
- Knowledge of iPM's,eMR, I Procurement, TollStream, COS, AFM and the ability to learn new database programs
- Ability to work under general instructions and as part of a team
- Understanding of issues and practices relating to patient and staff confidentiality
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures
