**Summary**:
- Lead and implement best practices within the Integrated Planning functions to meet ISC key performance indicators (KPI) targets in forecast accuracy, bias, schedule adherence, backorders, on-time-in-full (OTIF) and inventory.
- Drive effective sales, inventory & operation planning (SIOP) meetings between key stakeholders to create an accurate demand forecast and appropriate supply and inventory plan to meet customer demand.
- Responsible for inventory management at country or cluster level. Responsible for monitoring and mitigating supply exceptions at country-level and lead and drive communications between the commercial team, customer support, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Network Planners, and fulfillment teams regarding gaps between inventory and customer demand especially in import markets.
- Provides leadership and executes strategic direction through management of planning activities, processes, and data/information and systems. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that optimize inventory turns, service levels, maximize profitability, and support dynamic changes in market conditions.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic materials management processes in support of supply chain and business objectives
- Responsible to lead SI&OP/Operating Review meetings - identify business critical issues and facilitate discussion and decision making in support of goals & objectives
- 3Lead and facilitate demand review meetings between demand planning, commercial, finance, and key stakeholders to create an accurate demand forecast.
- Lead and facilitate supply review meetings between network planning and production plants to generate appropriate supply and inventory plan to meet customer demand and business objectives.
- Develop and own the inventory plan and execution for the market. Drive for inventory optimization opportunity analysis and deployment. Provide management with inventory projections and proactively identifies service level issues. Own the communication strategy to the commercial team for supply issues. Lead commercial meetings to review pipelines and manage country fulfillment. Communicate any required parameter changes for cluster/country (e.g. lead time (F), safety stock (MP), freq. (F). Communicate with NP’s and commercial and other stakeholders any mid-cycle MPS adjustments, DRP parameters and proactively resolve supply issues.
- Lead and facilitate cross functional teams in support of strategic initiatives within the Integrated Planning organization and across the business units.
- Leads the master data management team and accountable for creation, update, and accuracy of master data within the key planning systems (JDE, Rapid Response)
**Qualifications**:
- Complete, in-depth understanding of all aspects of the business including profitability, inventory turns and service levels
- Strong analytical skills and solving complex problems through innovative thought
- Embraces change, challenges status quo and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes.
- Drives results through team leadership and self
- Proven stakeholder management skills (including influencing, communication negotiating and conflict management) and experience in a geographically diverse, matrix organization.
