**About the team**
The Campus Management team at UWA is responsible for the planning, development, and management of the university's campus and property portfolio, with a focus on supporting teaching, research, and campus life. They provide a wide range of services, including strategic planning, property management, facilities operations, major projects, sustainability, and security. The Maintenance and Operations team, located within the Central Service Delivery Centre (SDC), ensures the operational delivery of Campus Management services, serving the Central Units and the university's estate.

**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the Associate Director Maintenance & Operations and leading an established team of Campus Service Officers, you will be responsible for the development of the facility management framework and operational facility management maturity across all UWA campus facilities. As part of the Campus Management operations and maintenance leadership team, you will be pivotal in ensuring UWA facilities are available and fit for purpose to support core business activities.

With a strong focus on customer relationship management and forward planning, you will work closely with facility occupants to develop long term infrastructure strategies that align to the academic and research ambitions of the university. You will also be responsible for the management of a portfolio of UWA affiliates including UWA Sport, UWA Theatres, the Forest Hall Research Foundation and University Hall which will include the development and implementation of appropriate service level agreements and operational works delivery.

You will also lead the development and upkeep of facility management plans for UWA facilities and will work closely with other business units to ensure alignment with relevant asset management plan(s) and strategies as required, including assisting the development of consolidated asset lists and asset life cycle reports.

Note: A Current ‘C’ Class driver’s licence is required.
