Our client is the leading transport agency in New South Wales and they are currently seeking a Lead Interface Manager for Wayfinding projects, for an initial 6 month role.

**This is a hybrid role working between home and the office in the city - paying $1000-$1200 per day + super**.**

**Primary purpose of the role**
Coordinate and support the interface with Wayfinding delivery partners, to achieve successful delivery of wayfinding signage for assigned projects, to required design standards and requirements. Assist in the development of project tools, processes and guidance documents, to facilitate effective communication and improve efficiency.

**Key accountabilities**
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships and strong communication with key stakeholders, delivery and project partners, through complete project lifecycle.
- Coordinate compliance, governance and assurance processes, as required at each project stage.
- Consult with operational personnel, delivery teams and agencies, and project stakeholders to ensure that planned design and delivery meets operational and customer needs.
- Participate in management reporting procedures and protocols, including identifying project risks, issues and opportunities.
- Attend and facilitate project coordination forums and represent the Wayfinding Program at site visits. Gain necessary approvals for plans and documents.
- Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people and communities for the greater good

**Essential requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in project management, project delivery or another related discipline, or equivalent experience
