Our client is the leading transport agency in New South Wales and they are currently seeking an
**_Interface Manager experienced in Civil Infrastructure projects for a 3 month contract, covering Light Rail projects._**

The role contributes to the overall customer experience by driving customer outcomes by leading and coordinating the interface and asset requirements from adjacent property development and major projects that may impact on light rail corridors, assets, services and customers for light rail services in Greater Sydney.

**_Key accountabilities_**
- Proactively manage the interface arrangements relating to property development and major projects adjacent to the light rail to ensure protection of light rail corridors, asset, services and customers and deliver customer outcomes through effective legal agreements.
- Collaborate and work closely with TfNSW Corporate Counsel staff and service partners to develop deeds and legal agreements are fit for purpose to protect light rail corridors, assets, services and customers, including the development of appropriate and specific conditions of consent applicable.
- Proactively manage, in conjunction with service partners, the Planned Service Disruption regime taking account of the needs of Authorities and property developments within the contract requirements.
- Lead outage management activities to ensure that the delivery of transport services is seamless, and that there are sufficient alternative arrangements, capacity, contingencies, and strategies in place to appropriately service customers and demand during major maintenance and private developer projects.
- Prepare ministerial and executive correspondence and briefing notes for use by relevant Executive and Ministerial stakeholders to provide expert and authoritative advice on all aspects of planned outages on the road and transport network including transport operations, incident management and integration with real time operations.
- Collaboratively work with Authorities and other entities to plan and design treatments and processes to protect the integrity and safety of the network.

**_Essential requirements_**
- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in road network planning, construction management, traffic management or transport operations in an urban environment.
- Employment screening /security checks (such as a Criminal Record Check or Working with Children Check)
- Possess a valid Australian motor vehicle driver’s license and be willing to work outside regular working hours and travel on occasion.
