This is a full-time permeant position with flexibility around your hours to suit you

**Your new role**

This role will suit a self-motivated highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will be working within the workshop evaluating clients’ needs to ensure you are providing the best solution for each individual.

Transport and vehicle knowledge will be a huge advantage
- Scheduling and maintaining the booking's diary.
- Raising and quoting repair orders.
- Computing costs, maintaining bill of materials and calculating rates for parts and service
- Maintaining accurate records for all warranty work and repair orders ensuring that warranty / replacement parts are stored as per manufacturer requirements
- Preparations of a variety of reports with efficient communication to the various stakeholders of the department
- Assisting the wider service team with various duties to ensure the departments continue to exceed customer expectations
- Finalising work orders and preparing Invoices.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Trade qualification or ideally have a good understanding of car parts
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail, mathematic ability and customer focus
- Exceptional computer literacy and sound organisational skills
- An ability to work autonomously and as a team
