We are seeking an enthusiastic sales person to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, You will play an important role in driving growth in revenue by identifying and obtaining new business opportunities. You will be in charge of presenting our products to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits through engaging product demos. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of our products, and the ability to create and sustain customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Client Acquisition**
- Conduct research, network, cold call and appointment setting with potential clients to identify and target them.
- Take initiative steps to approach new clients
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generating initiatives.

**Product Demo and Presentation**
- Conduct enticing product demos highlighting how we can fulfil client’s specific needs.
- Tailor the demonstration to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients

**Client Relationship Management**
- Maintain and manage existing client base.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and provide customised solution to meet their needs
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices.

**Sales Target Achievement**
- Achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.

**Strategic Account Development**
- Develop and execute account plans to maximise revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies for client retention and expansion.

**Communication and Reporting**
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of the project.
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Gather feedback from clients and make suggestions to the management

Key Skills:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Sales and Customer Service.
- With printing, design, POS or selling to marketing managers experience.
- Experience in selling with Marketing Managers.
- Experience in doing product demos and training.
- B2B sales experience is a MUST.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of sales administration, including contract management and order fulfillment.
- Graphic design skill is an advantage.
- Works well under pressure, sometimes to very tight deadlines
- Must be results-driven.
- Must have driver’s licence
