**What you will be doing in this role**:
This busy role will see you drive the A-Z of leasing for residential houses and apartments on the North Shore. Run alongside a team of 3 other leasing consultants in this fast-paced 5 day per week role, Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week.
- Conduct all leasing and private inspections
- Respond to enquiries
- Maintain tenant database
- Assist with lease sign ups
- Guide tenants through the leasing process
- Bonuses on offer for new business generated
- Current Certificate of Registration
- A valid driver’s license and car
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills
- Immaculate presentation
- The drive to learn and develop their real estate career
