**Your Role in Our Team**

**Strategic Influence**: Lead and drive critical HR projects which will future proof our people, our services and ensuring we are aligned and prepared

**Creative Problem-Solving**: Address complex people issues with innovative solutions, enhancing employee engagement and development.

**Leadership and Collaboration**: Report directly to the Lead, playing a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies and frameworks. Through working closely with a dedicated team including a People Services Advisor, People Services Systems Analyst, Recruitment Advisor, and Support Officers to inspire and enable others
