Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of an innovative Council seeking to make a positive difference in the community you support? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team.

Located on the lower North Shore, our leafy suburbs have a vibrant and diverse village atmosphere. We aim to provide "best value" services and facilities to the community whilst ensuring a sustainable future.

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for providing support services to the Office of the General Manager and Mayor.

**About You**
- A Certificate/Diploma in Administration or Business studies or equivalent experience;
- Demonstrated ability and experience in delivering quality administrative support at a senior level;
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work with a range of internal and external clients and handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality;
- Highly developed organisational skills including the ability to cope with high volumes of work, varying workloads and deadlines.
