**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Club Manager role at FIT is a challenging, exciting and dynamic one which is responsible for the day to day operations of the club - with a sales and service orientation. This role directly oversees all concierge, FIT Personal Training and kids club team members, as well as the clubs Head of HIIT and EXHALE studio roles, working closely with these teams to achieve the businesses objectives.

The Club Manager works directly with the Chief Operating Officer and with support from the clubs Executive Assistant/HR officer in the implementation and execution of the strategic objectives of the business.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Operating at the forefront of the business, the Club Manager is the most visible part of the FIT team and the first person of the management team that will be called upon by members, staff and contractors for any requirements.

Working with the clubs Chief Operating Officer and Executive Assistant, the Club Manager is responsible for four primary areas:
1. People - Managing a team of 60+ people means that you are constantly striving for the creation of an amazing team environment, developing those around you to meet your high expectations. Management, training and support of individual teams, as well as studio heads means you understand what it takes to rally, motivate and challenge those around you towards a common goal.

2. Member Experience Management - Collaborating with your team and the business to create a thoughtful, engaging and personalised member experience, headlined by customer service but underpinned by member administration, billing, suspensions and dispute resolution. Quality recruitment, training, retention and development of all of your teams is critical to ensure they meet your sky high expectations each and every day.

3. Service - Working to continually refine and deliver our mission of delivering world class service, you will ensure high levels of member satisfaction through delivering on the clubs Membership Satisfaction Framework including managing your teams customer service experience, as well as the clubs maintenance and cleanliness with your Executive Assistant.

4. Sales - To be successful in the role you absolutely have to love to sell. The role includes management of the entire sales process of both memberships and personal training, including KPI’s to achieve both personal and business targets.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**

You will ideally possess:

- 2+ years of experience managing people and teams
- 5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record
- An unmatched desire to be the best, and deliver world class member experiences
- Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask/prioritise daily work
- Amazing attention to detail, and the ability to concurrently collaborate across many different teams
- A career driven outlook and to constantly strive for personal and professional development
- A fun, energetic, outgoing personality who loves to see their team and members achieve success each and every day

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
