**Reporting to**: Founder/Director and Operations Manager
- Responsible for the daily management and operations of The Michael Lo Sordo vertical retail business.
- This role will have a dynamic awareness of the global retail landscape as well as the seasonal offer for the Michael Lo Sordo vertical business through regular progress meetings to ensure deadlines are met and any potential issues are identified and resolved quickly
- Lead a culture of ownership and collaboration, liaising with key stake holders to ensure that inventory plan for the retail business is aligned with production deliveries/ marketing and social media plans.
- Forward planning, clear communication of deadlines and prioritising within the digital and marketing team is key to achieving on time completion of the retail strategy

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Generate and implement strategies to drive eCommerce growth across different markets to ensure we achieve performance objectives
- Analyse and provide insights around key metrics and provide direction to the strategy
- Facilitate a team culture of idea-generation, learning and pushing boundaries through continuous improvement
- Support with eCommerce forecasting and adhoc business cases
- Lead daily/weekly/monthly trading rhythm and insights to increase performance in conjunction with detailed monthly and quarterly business reviews on historical performance and future outlook
- Lead the management of all site updates and development, product launches and promotions through partnership with eCommerce peers and external agencies where relevant
- Planning and execution of all paid and owned media channels to ensure our brand site is optimised through different touch points of the marketing funnel
- Partner with Marketing and PR teams on strategic input & direction, manage website design and performance including all integrations with third party vendors.
- Address issues affecting eComm business - stock, customer service, channel conflicts, etc
- Management of eCommerce trading calendar and partner with key stakeholders to ensure consistency and success with online and in-store retail offer, including management of eDM planner and eDM templates
- Plan, execute and analyse the eDM strategy to acquire, retain and re-engage customers of the brands
- Pro-actively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, commercial outcomes and conversion
- Implementation of the eCommerce roadmap & strategy

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**
- 5+ years of experience in digital & eCommerce roles
- Experience in eComm business within the fashion retail industry
- Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results and understanding of key P&L drivers
- A track record of devising sales and promotional strategies
- Success in delivering end-to-end user experiences with a commercial result, delivered on-time and within budget
- Ability to develop and execute actionable insights from analytics and data
- Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data (customer segmentation, campaign analytics)
- Knowledge of digital eco-system and online marketing tactics/acquisition
- Experience in SEO - Technical and on-page
- Experience working and collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrating initiative and problem solving
- A passion for the end-to-end customer journey and using data to eliminate roadblocks and identify opportunities

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s)**
- To grow eCommerce sales and market share by providing direction, and expertise across eCommerce trading and operational initiatives.
- Ability to driver and meet budget through strong inventory planning and strategy development
- A customer-centric focus and approach, this role is accountable for delivering the onsite performance, digital experience and journeys across the Michael Lo Sordo website and marketplaces.
- Inspire and influence peers and cross-functional teams to impact commercial trade positively across the entire organisation

**INTERIM RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop seasonal digital marketing and content plans with the wider team, ensuring this aligns with deliveries, e-commerce sales targets and wider business growth goals.
- Strategically plan all digital marketing channels to seamlessly align and cohesively support in-season, direct e-commerce sales.
- Monitor and manage digital asset output via digital content planner from the wider team, ensuring deadlines are adhered to.
- Work alongside the "brand contractor" to organise seasonal sales shoots and align on necessary content shoots to support in-season sales.
- Collaborating on the development of a company-wide critical path
- Assisting operations and Logistics manager in reviewing on overarching logistics strategy for the business
