ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED - WHAT WILL YOU LEAD & GROW
- This Sales Representative position in Melbourne, will be an ambassador in raising brand awareness on the functionalities of AI disruptive products in the dental channel to grow revenue and market share.
- You will identify, sign up and train orthodontic practices that see the benefits of using AI products to transform the way remote monitoring and AI is being used.
- With your expert-knowledge of this product offering, you will have a consultative role in order to fix problems that the customer didn’t know they had - you will be selling a mindset change to established dental related practices, primarily in the orthodontics space.
- You will develop robust working relationships with your customers and provide them with ongoing support and advice to optimise the way they use these products.
- You will participate in trade shows and demonstrations - both locally, nationally and internationally as an ambassador for the organisation.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- You will ideally have a dental sales background or come from within dental or orthodontic clinical practice as a treatment co-ordinator, practice manager or similar.
- With a results-driven mindset, you will meet your sales targets by signing up new customers in your assigned territory.
- An entrepreneurial spirit who can think outside the box when it comes to finding leads.
- You are flexible and agile - no 2 days are the same in this dynamic role and you embrace change.
- You’re a self-starter and proactive as you will have a lot of autonomy in this role.
- You are a team player - you will work closely with your sales colleagues, where you trust and support each other.
