- Client is a Registered Training Organisation
- In this role, you will be a key contributor in building relationships with, clients while providing professional customer service through administrative activities.
- **Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Coordinate administration activities.
- Be the first point of call for clients and respond to client enquiries, such as information on ESS services and scheduled courses and assessments.
- Administration training and assessment activities using available systems, procedures, and tools.
- Schedule, record and report training and assessment activities using Clients Training Management System (TMS).
- Maintain the electronic and paper-based document management systems.
- Establish positive relationships with clients and ensure these relationships are well managed through ongoing contact with clients.
- Work closely with Administration Coordinator, team members and contractors to ensure systems and procedures are consistently and correctly applied to meet client expectations and RTO standards.
- Manage issues or complaints with clients within your level of authority and facilitate resolution to ensure client satisfaction.

**General Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Recognise new business opportunities and refer these to Administration Coordinator and Management.
- Assist in developing professional and effective marketing and promotional material.

- Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when completing work
- Excellent computer skills using - TMS (Data entry), MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and various data base system

**Additional experience and skills - (Not essential)**
- MYOB
- RTO experience
- Certificate IV in Training & assessment

Business hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm (40 hours per week : 8 hours per day)
