**Administration Officer**
**South of the River - Serpentine / Jarrahdale Area**
**$38-$42.00 per hour based on experience**
**5-week contract with possible extension**
**Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm**:

- 76 hours over a 9 day fortnight_

**Duties**:

- Provides general administration support to the Waste, Fleet and Facilities Teams as requested.
- Create customer requests in the Shire’s record system.
- Ensures all outstanding requests are addressed with the appropriate team.
- Provides and develops standardised external communication to customers and stakeholders in line with the Shires guidelines.
- Develops and coordinates work procedures and processes relating to the role and adopts a continuous improvement focus to all tasks.
- Facilitates the timely delivery of information and resources for the Waste, Fleet and Facilities Team. Assist with preparation of waste data reports and maintenance of bin request spreadsheets.
- Assist with the preparation of fleet utilisation reports, service schedules and job card data entry.
- Facilitate the administration of meetings, agendas and minutes for team meetings and toolbox meetings as required.
- Deal with customer requests
- Assist with goods receipting
- Reviews invoices and prepare for payment
- Issue purchase orders as required
- Provide excellent customer service

**Essential**:

- Highly developed administration and time management skills
- Efficient MS Office skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commitment to customer service
- C class drivers licence

**Desirable**
- Previous experience using Technology One and Content Manager software
- Previous experience within a Waste and Fleet Operations department
