Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Serene Clinics is seeking a dedicated and skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our dynamic team. If you excel in individualized client support, effective documentation, and professional development, we want to hear from you
**Requirements**:
- A tertiary degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in behaviour support
- Ability to effectively support, mentor, and lead fellow behaviour support practitioners.
- Genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities. Capability to handle challenging situations.
- Working knowledge of the NDIS and experience in helping participants achieve their goals in line with their NDIS plans.
- Ability to manage a caseload, commitment to evidence-based assessment and intervention approaches.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team to support interventions.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and client database
- A valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel within Sydney area.

- Driver’s Licence and own transport
- NDIS Practitioner ID
- Comprehensive car insurance
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in allied health, Social Science, Education or Behaviour related disciplines
- Significant knowledge of disabilities and their impact
- Completion of relevant courses and training in behaviour support
