Philips Home Care has been a registered NDIS provider for over 3 years and supports communities across Australia.

We are expanding our team and seeking experienced Allied Health professionals to provide exceptional services to individuals with disabilities across the Greater Sydney region.

**About the Role**

We are searching for a compassionate and skilled professional to work closely with individuals, families, and care providers to develop and implement evidence-based, person-centred positive behavioural support plans. This role will allow you to utilize your expertise in behavioural support, develop strong relationships, and see firsthand the difference your work makes in people’s lives.
- Providing comprehensive interventions to clients with a range of physical, cognitive and psychosocial needs
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals and maximise their independence
- Utilising positive behaviour support strategies to assist clients with complex behavioural needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough behavioural assessments and design tailored support plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated support.
- Train and empower families, carers, and support staff to implement strategies.
- Review and evaluate individual progress and adjust strategies as needed.

**Key Selected Criteria**
- Describe your experience with positive behaviour support strategies and how you have assessed, developed, and implemented behavioural support plans in past roles?
- How do you manage complex cases and prioritize competing demands when working with multiple clients within a tight timeframe.
- What strategies do you use to train and support families and caregivers in implementing support plans, describe your methodology?
- Tell us about your experience with data collection and analysis for behaviour support. How do you use data to inform your support strategies and evaluate their effectiveness?

- Are you currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)?
- How many years' experience do you have as a Therapist?

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $75.00 - $170.00 per hour

Expected hours: Flexible
