**About the role**

As the Broadband Capability Lead, this position is responsible for contributing to a number of key workstreams within the broadband team over the course of the Program. This may include, but is not limited to, complex business areas such as SME & embedded energy.

This role will support the capability build, both functional and cultural, to ensure the broadband team delivers to the key principles of the Program and is positioned to successfully deliver on Broadband 3.0 key objectives around customer happiness, employee happiness and productivity as well as enable the migration of customers to the new ANEX platform.

In order to achieve this, the role is expected to support the development of a transformational roadmap of capability to be built within the Broadband Team and ensure stakeholders are aligned with the roadmap, priorities, risks and dependencies. This role will also contribute to individual workstreams by writing requirements, delivering external change activities with customers and work in an agile and iterative way to ensure the design and delivery of capability to deliver on the key priorities and objectives of the Broadband 3.0 program. There will be discovery responsibilities where ‘As is’ and to be ‘To Be’ analysis for the respective units is required to help design operating models that drive the performance and cultural objectives of the Broadband 3.0 program.

- Iteration management such as planning and prioritisation of backlog Items and managing dependencies.
- Discovery and analysis of business processes and intricacies to provide the Superloop and Origin digital development team the relevant information they need to Implement deliver
- Work collaborative with multiple delivery teams and conduct grooming sessions to ensure requirements are fully understood by the development teams, build is aligned across multiple streams and acceptance criteria for user stories are understood (including kick-off & walkthrough)
- Development and implementation of operational and compliance reporting relevant to multiple customer journeys. Once Implemented, ensure reporting is monitored and any compliance Issues and/or Improvement opportunities are identified and prioritised appropriately into the backlog and implemented

**What will you bring?**

In this pivotal role within our business, we seek individuals who excel in swift decision-making and adeptly implements change, all while leveraging customer and stakeholder feedback to drive recommendations and enhancements. You'll demonstrate a capacity to thrive in ambiguous and dynamic environments, embodying a proactive "can-do" attitude. Although not essential, experience in Management Consultancy will be highly regarded.
- Extensive knowledge of Telecommunications
- Strong analytical focus with insight and experience of analysing data, commercial analysis and implementing new initiatives, and opportunities.
- Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation and control plans.
