**This role is a business development / sales roles working closely with lodge/hotels. Prior sales experience will be required for this role.**

**In this Role, you’ll get to**:

- Conduct in-depth market analysis, leveraging data and research to identify opportunities and challenges in Oceania’s STR landscape (e.g., regulatory shifts, tourism trends, competitive dynamics).

**What you'll Need to Succeed**:

- Experience navigating regulatory environments (e.g., STR registration, safety compliance) is highly desirable.
- Dynamic, adaptable, and collaborative, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a pioneering role, with a proactive, results-driven mindset to achieve rapid growth.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, regulatory frameworks, and partner performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and STR/OTA tools (e.g., channel managers, dynamic pricing software, CRM systems).
- Established network of contacts in Oceania’s STR, hotel, or tourism sectors to accelerate partnership-building and market entry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, OTA, STR revenue management, or business development, with a proven track record of growing the portfolios.
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Mandarin is a plus).
