We are a leading provider of live production tools in the media, sports, and entertainment sectors.

We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager Oceania to join our team and drive business growth in the Oceania markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Oceania MT Team, developing new business opportunities, and executing a sales plan that includes customer acquisitions and contract negotiations.

About the Role
  • This role requires a strong understanding of the broadcast and major events market, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven sales experience and be able to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Oceania market.
  • You will also have experience in developing new markets/verticals and be able to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives business growth in the Oceania markets.
  • Lead the Oceania MT Team and work closely with the project management team to deliver world-class managed services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Oceania market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts.
Requirements
  • You must be an active team player and communicator who is self-confident and results-driven.
  • Able to travel throughout the dedicated sales territories, including internationally, mainly around ANZ, and occasionally Europe and USA.
