**About the role**:
Initially beginning as an entry level role, the progression would be understanding how our health insurance systems, process and procedures come together and how we can best support the business.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to internal users - triage system issues while seeking to implement permanent and efficient fixes for the issues.
- Ensure the systems are up-to-date and running efficiently.
- Assist with implementation or projects and initiatives.
- Perform proactive monitoring of all systems to reduce system issues and maximize system performance.
- Compile system documentation and user guides for internal users
- Work with internal and external partners to communicate, verify, and test the desired functionality changes.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Studying towards relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop software
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Excel
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience using health insurance systems HAMBS and e5 Workflow system would be beneficial (not essential)
