What We're Looking For:
**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with project managers, ordering stock, ensuring that site deliveries are correct and on time.
- Communicating with the managing director and managers and directors of our major clients.
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating employee events
- Oversee facilities management, including liaising with vendors.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
