The opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join our team

Work in a highly regarded agency in their Williamstown office with a close-knit team. Mon-Fri with 1 in 6 Saturdays.

Working with a friendly, collaborative team of - 30 + staff and one of the best agencies in the industry to work for

The role is available due to growth within the agency, and your role will be to take over a portfolio of 160 residential properties inner west and surrounds. All properties are located within the 10km radius.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, processes, and procedures
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision on a portfolio of 160 is ideal, with some maintenance and leasing support
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and with diverse

backgrounds
- Renter and Residential Rental Provider communication

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high end portfolio)
- Well presented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to succeed
