**Part time Medical Receptionist /Administration position available at our growing healthcare centre**

2023 Telstra Best of Business Awards. We're Perth's largest one-stop healthcare service provider in East Perth, with plans for another location in West Perth in mid 2024.

We're looking to employ a hard-working and dedicated medical receptionist to join our growing team. You will train in East Perth for our West Perth opening in 2024.

We currently have a team of 28 practitioners & 6 wonderful administration along with 2 practice managers to support you in your new role.

We are seeking another team player who is eager to learn from our current team.
You will be well looked after as we are looking for someone long-term.

This role would suit someone with a good foundation of administrative and reception experience, who would be looking to step up into assitant manager within the healthcare industry.

You will be the first point of contact for all of our patients coming to, or contacting the clinic. We always strive to make all of our patients feel welcome here so it is important that you are able to conduct yourself in a professional and caring manner.

We're seeking another reception super star with:

- A solid 7 years working history
- Experience working as a medical receptionist minimum 2 years
- A warm and friendly demeanor and bubbly personality.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent phone manner and a polished, professional presentation.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, think on your feet environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and top-notch customer service skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and take pride in your work
- Proven experience in customer-facing reception roles, especially within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and lightning-fast typing skills
- Experience with practice management software essential (experience with Cliniko is highly advantageous).
- Ability to work all opening hours shifts. Including weekends (award rates apply)
- Not ideally suited to university students

Morning (7am-1:30pm)Afternoon (1pm-7pm)Sat and Sunday mornings. Please be advised there are specific shifts we need filled so if your availability does not match ours or is strict and not flexible you are unlikely to progress.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the welcoming face of our clinic, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the seamless delivery of patient service and care.
- Greeting patients and checking them in.
- Ensuring patients are booked in for their next appointment.
- Handling forms, referrals, and payments with precision (utilizing HICAPS machine).
- Opening/closing procedures as well as maintaining general cleanliness of clinic.
- Communicating with the practitioners and other admin throughout your shift via Microsoft Teams.
- Handling, scanning and filing intake forms and other documents.
- Getting rooms ready for practitioners.
- Occasional executive assistant tasks to director and management
- Completing tasks assigned to you via Teams or Outlook from practitioners and management in a timely manner.

**About the Role**:
As admin, you will also be expected to be able to;
- Patient service & care
- Provide and file forms and referrals efficiently and correctly
- Process payments correctly (using HICAPS machine)

**Shifts**:Our shifts are organised into AM and PM shifts which are generally the following hours. 7:30-1pm (AM) and 1pm-7.00pm.
