The Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community and is the largest organisation of it’s kind in Australia. **About the Role**

The Office Manager position will sit in the Office Support Team and will play a key role supporting the program staff in working with Aboriginal children and families, Government and sector partners to deliver quality services.

This position will be a part of the administration team and broader VACCA Gippsland team, supporting all program areas

**About you**:

- Demonstrated commitment and understanding for the values that underpin VACCA’ vision and purpose
- Qualifications in relevant diploma, degree or equivalent such as Business Administration
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in administrative roles, including exposure to senior level responsibilities
- Experience and/or ability to manage other administrative staff and provide leadership and support to the reception roles, including on the job training and mentoring
- High level organisational skills and time management to manage high workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Effective and culturally appropriate interpersonal skills in all aspects of the role and performance of duties
- Punctuality and meeting agreed schedules and timelines
- **Requirement**: Current COVID-19 vaccination (Including booster dose, as applicable), a Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a valid Victorian Drivers License
