**Your role**

Due to an internal promotion, we are searching for a Regional Admin Officer to provide admin support to our Australian Manufacturing sites for a 12 month contract. You will be working with a strong leader as a mentor, within a supportive and collaborative work environment.

As an Admin Officer at Ixom, no two days are the same. With interesting and varied challenges, projects and priorities to meet, you will find yourself immersed in a hands on and fast paced position. You will act as the main interface between our manufacturing site, suppliers, and customers.

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide general administration support for the sites such as site archiving and filing, organising meetings and catering requirements, stationary and various office duties
- Effectively liaise with both internal and external parties to create SAP purchase orders, processing of invoices and monthly reconciliation through GR/IR Reporting.
- Support the site purchasing of Raw Materials in SAP including liaising with Product Managers for pricing and logistics, Enter Batch Sheets., Manage delivery due list / create delivery dockets, Daily production scheduling.
- Maintain site databases including Sharepoint and DMS as required. Collate and load environmental management system data into Velocity for our sites on a monthly basis
- Deal with new and current vendors. Creating new vendor and managing current vendor requirements in the VMD (Vendor Management Database.
- Support major accounts with their individual requirements to provide customer satisfaction
- Organise off-site training for site personnel in the Operations team
- Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) database for our regional manufacturing sites. Compile training monthly KPI's
- Identify and resolve any purchasing/processing inconsistencies identified by the Accounts Payable team

**Your skills & experience**
- Exposure to a manufacturing environment within chemicals, dairy, food or pharmaceutical will be highly regarded.
- Office Administration or accounting experience within a similar environment will be advantageous.
- SAP ERP knowledge required, along with experience using the full Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels.
