**Our Client**

Renowned for their high-achieving team, their smart way of doing business and their dominance in the local market, our client is a multi-office agency in the Inner West of Sydney

Operating under one of the most established real estate brands in the Southern Hemisphere, they have great systems & procedures in place, and so it will be a smooth transition for anyone joining

**Duties**

Supporting this high-vibe team of 5-6 Sales Executives, you will be responsible for all Sales Admin and Marketing Coordination, specific tasks will include;
- Managing all Property, individual Agent and Agency marketing including ordering photography, collateral for opens, letterbox drop DL’s, signboards and posting to online portals
- Budget control and allocation to appropriate accounts
- Organising office events & meetings
- Coordinating and attending In-house Auction evenings
- Social media management for each offices
- Assisting the Sales Administration team when needed
- Champion all proptech software, and assist with training new staff members
- Attending Sales and Admin meetings weekly
- Being the point of contact and liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers and account managers for REA & Domain

**Specific requirements**
- Come from an Admin or Support role in Real Estate
- Have all the usual traits such as good time management, ability to priorities and attendion to detail
- Experience with Realtair, VaultRE and Canva is preferred
