Modern Workplace Practice Lead- Ms Goldpartner

A leading Australian based Microsoft Gold partner specialising in cloud transformations and strategic adoption is currently seeking a Modern Workplace Practice lead on a permanent basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Practice Manager in Talent Acquisition activities. Working as designated hiring manager when requested
- Represent practice as assigned by Practice Manager in pre-sales efforts including leading technical conversations and building relationship as trusted advisor, RFP, SOW creations and initiation phases of projects
- Attend and/or lead customer events, round tables as a technical authority in your area of expertise
- Design, Build and Support client delivery of Technical solutions not limited to: Windows 10/11 using Intune / Autopilot, enterprise mobility and security, MDM/ MAM, Azure Virtual Desktop, M365, Azure AD etc
- Collaborate with peers and Practice Manager to develop, embed and monitor ways of working

Key Skills / Experience:

- + 15 years experience
- 5+ years of demonstrated people and business leadership experience with measurable results in a consultancy or professional services firm and experience leading consultants, inspiring, motivating, supporting and developing employees
- Experience with Microsoft stack such as Modern Management, Windows 10/11, Azure Virtual Desktop / W365, Microsoft 365, Technical migrations, Identity
- Pre-sales consulting and writing of proposals and cost estimates
