Based at Macquarie Park, you will be part of our fun and collaborative Executive Office. You will report to the Executive Business Partner and provide efficient administrative support. - Are an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have previous experience in an administrative role, ideally with knowledge of travel, expenses and diary management.
- Can build quality relationships and work at all levels across the business.
- Can work autonomously, in a structured manner with strong planning, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills, with a focus on quality results.
- Are self-motivated with a flexible can-do attitude.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Have a collaborative working style with the ability to work as part of a small team and demonstrate a proactive approach.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Assisting the Executive Business Partner with event planning and organisation
- Managing the travel management system, day to day employee travel enquiries and liaising with the travel management company for all travel arrangements.
- Provide Executive administration support for the Executive General Manager Sales. This includes diary management, expenses, travel, and administration tasks.
- Day to day office duties - distributing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering PPE, catering, and office stationery, maintaining the archive register, managing expired documents and car parking space allocation
