Enigma is on the hunt for an ambitious and hungry Marketing & Office Coordinator to take the lead in our busy Surry Hills agency. As a growing agency of over 90 people across Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane with a diverse range of clients, this is a place where you can learn, grow and get the perfect start to your career in the communications industry.

You will be the first face people see when they arrive in our Surry Hills studio. You are a people person, thinking ahead and problem solving before issues arise. You’ll have a knack for sweating the small stuff and upholding high standards across our busy studio and meeting rooms. You love hosting guests and welcome the opportunity to be a positive interaction in their day. Looking after our team is paramount also - each day is different and presents multiple opportunities to add value to a range of projects.

You will join a diverse bunch of friendly humans who are passionate about delivering creative solutions to our clients. You will get hands-on experience supporting our business management team in the efficient delivery of advertising projects, the perfect environment to learn a wide range of skills that will take you to the next step in your career.

**On any given day, your role will include**:

- Ensuring the Sydney office runs efficiently and smoothly
- Management of the Enigma switchboard
- Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors
- Managing the internal agency social media and marketing promotions
- Working with the Business Management team across key projects and client deliverables, putting together presentation decks and assisting with briefs and supplier communications
- Organisation of Sydney staff domestic and international travel requirements
- Boardroom booking management & setup (inclusive of hospitality requirements/events) and efficient and accurate management of in-house video conferencing systems

In your cover letter please tell us what excites you about the advertising industry and what your favourite ad campaign is at the moment. Previous agency experience on your CV isn’t required, but the ambition and passion to make it in the world of advertising, brand and media is an absolute must

Note: A relevant communications degree would be welcomed as well as experience working as an Office Manager / in an Advertising agency / Experience managing marketing campaigns using META and LinkedIn.

The position will report to the ExecutiveDirector/s in Sydney and Operations Manager.
