**About the role**

This is 12 month, maximum term full time role, location flexible.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess impact of change within scope of the project, using assessments of readiness, technology, performance, and organisational culture, for change
- Define and execute activities to support change and transition initiatives
- Work with the internal comms team to develop and deliver a communications plan for transition
- Collaborate and contribute to the ICT Change and Training team to continuously build out innovative ways to execute change and adoption
- Develop e-learning modules, training materials in a variety of formats, practical exercises, assessment tasks and video aids
- Develop training programs for the system and process changes

- Train staff in a geographically dispersed, shift work environment
- Be an active and visible coach to executive leaders who are change sponsors and advocates
- Work with project team / streams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in developing and delivering training on business processes and related IT Systems via electronic and digital channels
- Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
- Experience in developing training via e-Learning tools such as Articulate, Camtasia and WalkMe/Whatfix is desirable
- Strong experience delivering training via teams/face to face
- The ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including peers, employees, managers and senior leaders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and ability to consider strategic implications of decisions / actions
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills tailored to meet audience requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive material, demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, and operate with integrity and honesty
