**About the role**

Reporting to the Design Manager the Experience Designer will define user-centred solutions to problems and customer needs. This is a 12 month maximum term contract role that can be based from any of our offices with flexibility to work from home.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a deep understanding of business problems, user needs, and technological constraints
- Discover new ideas and create concepts to analyse and validate with customers and the business
- Design, facilitate and analyse tests of our products through appropriate methods
- Work within, contribute to, and improve a cohesive design system

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in experience design or a related field
- Experience working on software development projects / products
- Demonstrated experience facilitating groups of complex stakeholders to agreement
- Experience creating design documentation to support software development
- Expertise in design software (for example Sketch, Figma, Adobe)
- Strong understanding of Agile tools and techniques such as Lean, Scrum and Design Thinking
