**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will be responsible for leading retail operations for Emporio Armani in Australia, focusing on strategic planning, sales management, and administrative coordination. Managing the performance of all our boutiques and concession locations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- ** Manage Sales and budgets**: Analyse monthly store performance by comparing turnover to last year and assessing KPIs, collaborate with the General manager to develop strategies and manage cost centres efficiently.
- ** Drive sales performance and strategy**:create sales strategies and lead the nationwide team to reach targets, build relationships with key people, and track performance while preparing sales forecasts.
- ** Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Design and implement customer service strategies that consistently deliver excellent experiences, build loyalty, and drive sales growth, leveraging data and analytics to gain deep insights into customer behaviours and trends.
- ** Ensure Seamless Operations**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to achieve operational excellence across every Emporio Armani store.
- **Team Management**:manage Labor costs within the budget, identify talent for succession planning, and monitor roster effectiveness. Conduct store visits for training and maintain positive relationships with store managers.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- 5+ years in a retail and merchandising role in luxury fashion.
- Strong leadership capability with a preference for adopting a collaborative approach to decision making and focus on delivering results.
- Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to perform under pressure and deliver outstanding results.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
