**We are currently recruiting for individuals with Premium fashion experience to lead our teams in Victoria, South Australia and Perth.**

**The role will operate from Victoria and will require travel.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Leadership and Management of the retail teams in VIC/SA/WA
- Leadership of the KPIs of each Boutique and Concession Pad
- Leadership and Management of training on Customer Service Standards and stores' KPIs
- Store visits to monitor store presentation and service levels both local and interstate
- Weekly analysis of store performance focusing on products, promotions and mark downs to ensure profitability targets met.
- Preparing and setting budgets per store on monthly basis
- End of month analysis per store reporting: Turnover VS LY, KPIs results budget, plan for the following month
- Leadership and Management of staffing requirements within budget
- Develop / carry out effective managers meetings - training and ongoing communication to grow GAA team
- Leadership and Management of Client Engagement Activities and Feedback

Leadership, people and time management

**ABOUT YOUR SKILLS**:

- 2+ years Multi-Site Management experience
- Well-versed in retail sales, preferably luxury fashion
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to deal with difficult situations
- Microsoft Office, SAP and POS
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
- University graduate or above in Business or related disciplines (not compulsory)
- 5+ years in a retail and merchandising role in luxury fashion
