We are currently recruiting for individuals with financial planning & analysis experience who are keen to join our team. This role will lead and coordinate the finance department in the planning, preparation and organising of all budgeting, forecasting, commercial planning, cost centre reporting, financial analysis and inventory valuation.

**About the role**
- Ensure on-time budget, forecasting, planning, end of month and all other reports to Senior Managers and Milan
- Preparation and distribution of the monthly cost centre reports that accurately reflect the financial standing and performance of the operations monthly
- Preparation, consolidation and submission of annual budget and forecast by brand, merchandise category and gender for all (50) cost centres
- Preparation, consolidation and submission of bi-annual commercial plans by brand, merchandise category, gender and season for all (32) profit centres
- Ensure accurate valuation of inventory including calculating the provision for obsolescence
- Preparation of investment proposals and CapX plans as requested by management
- Preparation of the monthly revenue and flash sales reports
- Liaise and support the Finance Manager with managing leases and insurances
- Assist the Accountants in preparing on time month end balance sheet reconciliations (inventory)
- Assist the external audit to ensure an efficient and timely audit; assist and attend to the auditors’ questions and inquires
