My client is looking for an experienced office administrator to join their established team, in their Gold coast Offices.
Working for this well established residential renovations company, you will be supporting their office Manager.
- Experienced Office Admin
- Ideally with a knowledge of the building industry
- Available for an immediate start
Duties will include, confirming bookings, managing staff and subcontractors, keeping all relevant paperwork up to date, invoicing as well as assisting to manage the Directors diary. An understanding of the building industry, good communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft product is a must.
