**Your New Firm**
Our client is a boutique firm situated in the South of the Gold Coast, practicing in the areas of family, commercial, property and wills & estates. This firm adopts a caring approach to their clients and has spent close to two decades providing legal services to the local community. The team are fun and boast an excellent culture.
**Your New Role**
A varied role, where you will be supporting the legal team, in particular an overflow for Conveyancing. You will also be covering reception, supporting the office the legal admin and general duties, in this is an important and valuable role within the team.
**Duties include**:
- Legal administrative support
- Administration duties - open new legal case files, filing,
- Processing invoices
- Overflow to the conveyancing team
- Covering Reception which involves:
- Trust and general account receipting
- Trust transfers
- Maintain safe custody register
- Diary management
- Word processing support
- Liaise with external companies such as IT Support, photocopy company, landlord & fleet companies, in line with business needs if required

**Your Skills Profile**
We are looking for someone with some legal experience, ideally an understanding of conveyancing.
- A proven track record in a multi functional administration role;
- Experience with trust accounting / transfers is essential;
- Experience within a Legal firm & conveyancing will be highly regarded;
- Strong administrator, with excellent written communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work;
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- Strong organisational and planning skills;
- Proficient in MS Office; and
- Experience with client management software, LEAP desirable but not essential.
