Our client is in the market for a highly skilled General Manager (Engineering) to lead, develop and mentor the engineering team.
We are looking for a strong leader with advanced technical skills from a technological background.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the engineering department and operations.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure that engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in telecommunications / electrical engineering coupled with 10ys plus in a telecommunications industry.
- Experience working as a General Manager in a developing country or someone ready to take that next step.
- Telecommunications industry experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in using digital tools and platforms to manage engineering
- operations.
- Experience building a culture where the client is priority.
**Salary**: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
