The role

  • Directly responsible for the effective leadership of the Analyst Team
  • Monitor overall performance in line with KPI’s and the Auto & General Way
  • Maintain a work environment of high performance and high integrity
  • Contribute to team development and continuous improvement
  • Translate business requirements into features and user stories, collaborate with technology teams to design solutions/documentation and represent stakeholder and user needs in delivery
  • Ensure each initiative has a clearly defined scope/roadmap
  • Proactive, timely and transparent communication to stakeholders at all levels
  • Assist with change management to fully engage teams
  • Ongoing monitoring of change management post-implementation to ensure they are successful
  • Managing work output and coaching any resources allocated to the initiative
  • Documenting and/or ensuring documentation of processes

What experience you’ll bring

  • Project and Product Experience with evidence of successful business delivery
  • Delivery management experience including the management of matrix teams
  • Experience in leading teams in an Agile environment
  • Tertiary qualifications or certifications in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline is desired
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High standard of communication skills (written and verbal)
