Our mission is to increase recycling rates, rid the world of drink container litter, and empower community participation in an accredited circular economy.
We provide services and technology to enable the circular lifecycle of a drink container. Our services include IT technology, payments, brand experience, customer support, and materials trading.
As an organization, we are in our fourth successful year of operation having grown rapidly in revenue and people. The business is undergoing massive growth through our existing recycling schemes and expanding into new states. The size of the business and number of employees has doubled over the last 12 months.
Over the last 12 months we have built our in-house People and Culture team and due to our growth we are looking for a new role P&C Business Partner to join our team.
Within the business, we have a strong foundation of our culture and values with strong buy-in through the organization from our Board and Executive team to the employees.
You will work within our P&C team reporting into Senior People and Culture Manager to join our growing team of almost 150 people.
**Description**:
About the role
You will work closely managers across the business and partner with them on People and Culture practices. This is a true BP role where you will work with teams across all areas of the P&C lifecycle as well as be involved in other P&C projects and activities to ensure we are set up for success as we grow.
You will be pivotal in ensuring all employees engaged and develop through the organisation while at CES.
You have access to the knowledge and brain trust of our shareholders Coke and Lion in the form of experts as well as proven policies, programs, and existing materials to enable you to bring HR programs to life.
**The key deliverables of the roles**:
You will work with the functional leaders to ensure our culture and values are lived throughout our teams. Assisting in implementing the change management (communication, transition, onboarding) associated with our continued growth to develop high performing teams.
Coach managers through our performance management and development planning processes to ensure development and career progression for employees
Develop and facilitate learning and development programs across the business
Assist in the annual reward and remuneration review process
Monitor turnover trends, identify flight risks and develop reward and retention strategies
Coach managers in handling disciplinary, grievance and employment relations issues and manage industrial matters; and
Partner with P&C team on key initiatives and projects.
Improve our employment brand (build partnerships with universities, industry associations and generate a strong external network)
Sourcing and selection of talent where required.

Experience
You are an experienced and qualified HR Business Partner (3-5 years) who is passionate about developing and implementing strategies to engage and develop employees and build upon a high-performance culture.
You will have experience in partnering with different types of team. Ideally some experience with IT teams as we are a technology business
