**The Department**

We are on the lookout for an awesome professional to join our team in a newly created full time, permanent opportunity. The P&C Business Partner team is a close-knit team '“ we look after one another, we work hard but also love a good laugh.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will balance a combination of both virtual and onsite work in Artarmon, Sydney.

You’ll build trusted partnerships with divisional Directors and leadership teams, leading your assigned business units through the full spectrum of HR matters and people initiatives.

**About you**

The right person to join our team will be a passionate and values driven P&C Business Partner who can hit the ground running, experienced in partnering with businesses with diverse functions and needs, and be able to demonstrate:

- Outstanding and influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders including senior leaders at an ExCom level
- Best practice knowledge across HR generalist domains including employee experience, performance management, employee relations, organisational development, change management, all within a legislative compliance umbrella.
- Proven experience in managing change initiatives through effective consultation and implementation in order to deliver on strategy
- Excellent communication, persuasion and influencing skills and an ability to navigate diverse client groups with different needs
- How you’ve delivered strategic initiatives to achieve tangible outcomes and how they’ve aligned to core business vision
- Previous experience in the media/ broadcasting sector will be highly regarded
