Pricing and Operations Specialist

We are looking for a looking for a Pricing and Operations specialist with high computer literacy - the ability to understand complex IT systems along with your great interpersonal skills will be your success.

This is a 12 month contract within the Gas Retail Operations team - Gas or Eleectricity experience will be hghly regarded.

**Job details**:

- Provide support to the sales function by assisting with data entry and analysis for pricing requests.
- Assist the pricing function in data preparation, forecasting, and offer development.
- Ensure complex order management and billing exceptions are resolved in a timely manner
- Maintain records and databases for regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency.
- Assist in developing new product offerings and expanding into new markets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc requests and correspondence.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in data and business process analysis, preferably in the Utilities Industry.
- Ability to work independently with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite software, especially Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Power BI (dashboard and reporting).
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Ability to adapt as no two days ar the same
- Knowledge or experience with the Gas Market and/or the National Electricity Market (NEM) is useful.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
