Our Office Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our
**North Sydney** office. This position works closely with the Office Experience team, in-house housekeeper, cleaners, and building management to maintain a well-organized and welcoming office environment and is responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, submitting repair and maintenance requests, and assisting with any office support staff queries.

This is a
**6 month full time position commencing early September** with the possibility to be extended.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for the welcome area and handle office support queries related to office and building amenities,
- Ensure meeting rooms are kept clean & tidy
- Monitor and maintain office supply levels, placing orders for refills as needed.
- Sort all incoming mail.
- Sort all incoming deliveries and organise outgoing couriers.
- Submit work orders for any repairs or maintenance required for equipment or the office space.
- Monitor the Office Experience inbox and action any appropriate request.
- Work alongside the Office experience team to ensure smooth running of all office events.
- Assist the Office Experience team with purchase orders and invoice processing.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated attention to detail and precision in all areas of work.
- Proficiency with Windows office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and visitors.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks
