This role is ideal for an experienced workers compensation professional with strong knowledge of the NSW legislation who has a passion in building processes and capability into teams.
This is a permanent full-time role suitable for someone passionate about coaching and mentoring others based in Newcastle CBD.
**The Role**:
- Reviewing and providing feedback about current claims management practices, legislative changes, and procedures ensuring emerging trends are identified and managed.
- Developing strategic initiatives and procedures to ensure all service, performance, and compliance measures are achieved.
- Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
**About You**:
- Strong technical experience within the NSW workers compensation scheme.
- Experience in managing relationships and competing stakeholder priorities
- Superior time management and negotiating skills
- Exceptional problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in coaching and supporting others
- Have a genuine, caring nature that put customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances
**Benefits**
- Salary (experience dependent): $117,000 - $125,000 Package
