The role
Areas of responsibility- Deliver technical expertise and proactively develop solutions to swiftly resolve/prevent issues.- Perform adjustments of systems on client equipment.- Cultivate lasting customer relationships to ensure Sandvik brand loyalty.- Coach the service network on proper equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.- Provide advanced technical support for complex issues to end users, operators, and service personnel.- Gather technical feedback and make recommendations based on feedback to better serve the customer.- Conduct product launch, testing and commissioning services.- Aftermarket support to Equipment divisions and Sales Areas.- Initiate root cause analysis for components when necessary.
**Profile**:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a relevant Electrical Trade Certificate or equivalent. You thrive in challenging environments, with a deep understanding of diverse cultural dynamics.
If you have at least 7 years of post-trade experience in Underground Mining and a proven track record in a similar role, we want to hear from you.
You have experience or have been exposed to delivering technical training to maintenance personal and operators. You have exceptional oral and written communication skills and a high level of interpersonal skills, especially in customer interactions.
Additionally, your computer literacy and capacity to excel under pressure, while remaining flexible and adaptable to change, make you an ideal fit for our integrated, dynamic team. An expert in Sandvik equipment specific to your Department/Division is an advantage.
